Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, assessing business processes, and providing actionable insights for improved efficiency. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting organizational decision-making through data-driven analysis.

• Strong Analytical Skills and aptitude for problem-solving
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and identifying key insights
• Ability to assess and enhance Business Processes and workflows
• Experience in gathering and defining Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
• Proficiency in data visualization tools or reporting software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is advantageous
