Roles-Responsibilities & What You'll Be Learning As Business Analyst
- IT Industry- Candidate must have experience from eCommerce Projects
- Business / Solution Analysis - You'll be responsible for making the first analysis of requirements so gather and analyze business requirements related to eCommerce
- Facilitate integration between eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shop ware, Symphony, WooCommerce etc...)
- Documentation - You'll be responsible for documenting all the requirements and explaining the same to the development team.
- Problem-solving - You'll be responsible for learning new frameworks and doing research and analysis for the clients & will be responsible to get the problems solved by coordinating the problems with Management and Technical team.
- Client Communication - You'll be responsible for making sure all the communication with clients happens smoothly and clients get regular updates
- Pro-active approach - You should be proactive to identify the risks and understanding where we might have issues in terms of projects and clients.
- Consulting: In the future, you'll be consulting your client and making sure we get customer success.
The Advantage Of Having Skills On
- Strong knowledge of at least one eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shop ware, Symphony, WooCommerce etc...)
