Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding business processes and translating them into data-driven insights. This role offers practical exposure to requirement analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

* Interpret data and business metrics to identify trends and insights

* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making

* Map current business processes and identify inefficiencies

* Suggest improvements and support process optimization initiatives

* Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies

* Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams for requirement alignment

* Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

* Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

* Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting

* Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

* Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly

* Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

* Basic knowledge of SQL or analytical tools

* Exposure to business analysis projects, internships, or case studies

* Understanding of business workflows and process mapping
