Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is analytical, structured, and interested in translating business needs into actionable insights. This role provides hands-on exposure to requirement analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

* Analyze datasets and business metrics to support decision-making

* Prepare structured reports, summaries, and presentations

* Map and evaluate existing business processes

* Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

* Conduct market and competitor analysis

* Support coordination between technical and business teams

Required Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

* Basic understanding of data analysis concepts

* Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

* Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly

* Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

* Basic knowledge of SQL or analytical tools

* Exposure to business analysis case studies or projects
