Inficore Soft is looking for a Business Analyst Intern who can bridge the gap between data and business decisions. This role offers hands-on exposure to analyzing business processes, understanding requirements, and delivering insights that support strategic planning and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements

• Work with datasets to derive insights for decision-making

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align solutions

• Assist in developing process improvements and business strategies

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Maintain documentation of workflows, reports, and findings

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of business analysis and data interpretation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus

• Basic understanding of SQL or data handling is an advantage

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Attention to detail and structured thinking

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Students or recent graduates from Business, Management, IT, or related fields
