Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst Digital & UX Projects who can act as a critical link between clients, design teams, and developers. This hybrid role combines business analysis, client communication, and UX support, particularly within WordPress, eCommerce platforms, and digital marketing-driven environments. The ideal candidate will ensure digital initiatives are aligned with user needs and business goals, while maintaining high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Client Requirement Gathering:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to understand project goals and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, gather business needs, and translate them into user stories and technical documentation.
- Define project scopes, MVPs, and feature prioritization based on client objectives and feasibility.
Project Coordination:
- Oversee the progress of multiple web/eCommerce projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, Asana) to manage workflows and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Organize client meetings, status calls, and feedback loops.
UX Collaboration & Validation:
- Partner with UI/UX designers to align requirements with user-centered design.
- Assist in creating wireframes, workflows, and usability documentation.
- Support user feedback sessions and conduct or facilitate UAT to validate feature implementation.
CMS & Digital Coordination:
- Collaborate on WordPress and other CMS-driven projectsensure themes, content, and structure align with functional and design specs.
- Work with digital marketing and SEO teams to align content strategy with UX best practices and business KPIs.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Client Delivery Executive in IT/digital environments.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and collaboration with design teams.
- Strong documentation skills (BRD, SRS, UAT plans, etc.).
- Familiarity with WordPress or eCommerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, etc.).
- Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and SEO fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus.
