Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst role based in Noida. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, improving business processes, and driving effective communication between teams. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve operational performance and achieve set objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes
• Excellent Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey findings
• Ability to gather, document, and interpret Business Requirements efficiently
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Experience with data visualization tools and process mapping is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
• Prior professional experience in a similar role or industry is highly preferred
