A dynamic and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Tax (FACT) Manager to lead and manage related operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Indian accounting standards, taxation (direct and indirect), financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Agile Delivery and Collaboration:
- Coordinate and participate in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical outcomes.
Requirement Gathering And Documentation
- Conduct workshops and meetings to understand and document requirements.
- Create BRDs and FRDs.
- Collaborate on user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
Product Ownership Support
- Maintain product documentation.
- Ensure clarity and traceability of requirements.
- Manage user stories in Jira or similar tools.
Stakeholder Management
- Validate requirements and translate objectives into deliverables.
- Liaise between business, design, and development teams.
- Propose improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and requirement management tools.
- Experience in user story writing, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC, API integrations, and product lifecycle management is a plus.
