Shift: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM IST ( Preferred)

Role Overview

AccuData Analytics is seeking a high-impact IT Business Analyst & Project Manager to drive AI-based digital health product development for the US healthcare market. This is a critical bridge role between business stakeholders and technical teams, requiring strong ownership of requirements, documentation, delivery coordination, and cross-border collaboration. You will work closely with US product owners, clinicians, and engineering teams to translate real-world healthcare workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end requirement gathering (business + technical) and convert them into clear functional & technical documentation.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and system process maps.
  • Act as the primary liaison between US business teams and engineering teams in India/offshore.
  • Own sprint planning support, backlog grooming, release notes, and delivery tracking.
  • Drive UAT coordination, defect triaging, and validation against requirements.
  • Support HIPAA-compliant process documentation and audit readiness.
  • (Preferred) Define and document AI-driven modules, chatbot flows, automation logic, and prompt workflows.
  • Apply basic project management rigor to ensure scope, timelines, and quality remain on track.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 46+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT product development.
  • Strong command over SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence, and modern documentation tools.
  • Proven ability to create detailed functional specs, ERDs, data flows, user journeys, and system diagrams.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, especially with US clients and product owners.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert complex business problems into technical solutions.
  • Exposure to US healthcare, RPM/CCM, EMR/EHR workflows is a strong advantage (not mandatory).
  • Project management experience or hands-on delivery ownership is highly preferred.
  • (Preferred) Exposure to AI/LLM-based products, automation platforms, or digital agents.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Scrum, PMP, or Product Owner are strong pluses.
