About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team working with a prominent client in the banking industry. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and maintenance of solutions centered around OR CRM, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in banking domain analysis, with a proven track record of translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements within an Agile environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and external vendors, to deliver innovative solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Your expertise will help optimize processes, enhance system availability, and contribute to the overall success of the banking client's digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 to 10+ years of comprehensive business analysis experience, with a strong emphasis on the banking domain. Proven expertise in working within Agile frameworks, understanding SDLC processes, and managing product backlogs is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, ability to influence stakeholders across various divisions, and a proactive approach to driving change and implementing product roadmaps. A background in banking or investment banking is highly advantageous, along with familiarity with strategic platforms and standards. Certifications such as Azure are a plus, indicating a commitment to continuous professional development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are mandatory to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Engage with colleagues at all levels and across divisions to derive, elicit, understand, and meet business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories to facilitate delivery within an Agile and SDLC framework.
- Analyze existing solutions and processes to evaluate and prioritize potential improvements, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Focus on maintaining high availability of services, minimizing incidents, and reducing interruptions in production environments.
- Collaborate with other agile teams to finalize requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure cohesive delivery across streams.
- Prototype, elaborate, design, and implement robust solutions in close collaboration with immediate team members and dependent applications, including third-party vendors.
- Keep product documentation current, including business rules, models, and technical specifications, to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, develop the product vision, and align technical initiatives with the bank's strategic goals.
- Actively interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, assess market fit, and analyze the competitive landscape.
- Support pod/crew/stream objectives and key results by providing relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business targets.
