Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements to understand business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business process models, user stories, and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and project management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-12 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
