Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant / Technical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between clients and the development team. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing documentation, supporting project implementation, and coordinating with technical and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and communicate them effectively to the development team with proper documentation.
Maintain detailed application and domain knowledge to support technical teams.
Interface with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Prepare System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) after system study.
Manage change requests and project scope during development and implementation.
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leads to perform functional impact analysis.
Conduct project training sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at client locations.
Participate in requirement studies, prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), and ensure successful project implementation.
Support hosting, server management, and other IT infrastructure for projects.
Coordinate with ITS for IT infrastructure during project training, demos, and hosting/migration activities.
Communicate with clients regarding hosting and migration activities as per project agreements.

Candidate Profile / Required Skills:

Exposure to software development or testing.
Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and documentation skills.
Smart, proactive, and able to adapt to project requirements.
