Job Description

The role focuses on requirement analysis, functional documentation, project support, and ensuring successful implementation of software solutions by acting as a bridge between customers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear, structured documentation for the development team.
Maintain strong application and domain knowledge to support technical teams and client-facing activities.
Prepare detailed SRS and FRS documents following system study and requirement analysis.
Manage change requests and project scope during development and implementation phases.
Perform functional impact analysis in coordination with the Project Manager and Project Leads.
Conduct project training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing at client locations.
Participate in additional requirement studies at client sites and prepare minutes of meetings.
Ensure smooth and successful implementation of projects as per agreed requirements.
Support hosting, server setup, and IT infrastructure activities related to project deployment.
Coordinate with ITS teams to arrange required IT infrastructure for project demos and training as per agreement.
Support application hosting or migration activities, including formal communication during data center deployments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Exposure to software development and testing processes.
Experience in client-facing roles within software projects.
Strong documentation and presentation capabilities.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
