What You'll Do:
As a key member of goFLUENT's Analytics team, you'll be responsible for turning high-volume, high-velocity data into meaningful business insights that influence strategic decisions. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, using your expertise in advanced analytics, data visualization, and modern data tools to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis, Visualization & Insights
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions; deliver insights that directly influence strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and reports that clearly communicate data-driven insights.
- Lead or take ownership of high-impact analytics initiatives, including the transformation of visualization and reporting frameworks.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with various goFLUENT teams, including Database, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders, to understand analytical needs and translate them into practical, actionable solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other Analytics team members, fostering a data-centric culture and supporting professional growth.
Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data through rigorous validation, ETL processes, and continuous quality control.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and drive enhancements in data practices, analytics processes, and infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Demonstrable experience using Tableau or similar BI visualization tools, along with familiarity in migrating and recreating dashboards.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills; comfortable performing database investigations, data extraction, and data view creation.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and tools; able to apply statistical reasoning to practical business contexts.
- Exposure to other data visualization tools is a plus.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines).

- Strong analytical thinking skills, detail-oriented, and precise in analyzing and disseminating complex information.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
