Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing data collection, handling end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performing system configurations to align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements
- Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Create documentation as per client/project needs
- Develop reports, and presentations
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Support testing, validation, and implementation of enhancements
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance standards
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in business analysis, requirement gathering, and UAT.
- Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and system configurations.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work with stakeholders across departments and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
