JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Java Rest based services, CRUD operations, SQL.
• Basic information on AI.
• Apply AIDLCdriven development (AIDriven Lifecycle) to accelerate requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and validation using AI tools.
• Drive specdriven development, ensuring clear, structured, and complete specifications for developers and testers.
• Provide highquality prompts to AI tools to generate requirement summaries, test cases, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Own the entire endtoend change lifecyclerequirements gathering, analysis, configuration updates, testing coordination, deployment checks, and postrelease validation.
• Act as a oneperson army, ensuring smooth release execution with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with business, developers, and testers to bridge functional and technical gaps.
• Validate and update Salesforce configurations in alignment with business needs.
• Support UAT, coordinate deployments, and ensure production readiness.

GoodtoHave

• Knowledge of financial objects and financial domain processes (training can be provided).

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
