Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and technical teams, to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Document functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
Work closely with development and project teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
Validate solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and successful project delivery.
Utilize data analysis tools to interpret business data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
Support the testing of business solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Create product/solution collaterals like emailer, presentations etc.
Configure and provide demo to different stakeholders including clients.
Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented systems and processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency in business analysis tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and query writing to analyze, extract, create, update data
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in creating power point presentations
Good Experience in Software development lifecycle and processes.
