Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and technical teams, to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • Work closely with development and project teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
  • Validate solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and successful project delivery.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret business data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the testing of business solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Create product/solution collaterals like emailer, presentations etc.
  • Configure and provide demo to different stakeholders including clients.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented systems and processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and query writing to analyze, extract, create, update data
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in creating power point presentations
  • Good Experience in Software development lifecycle and processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
