Business Analyst or Data Analyst

 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in financial services, specializing in data-intensive projects within Treasury, Market Risk, or Finance Technology.

· Mandatory: Proven experience in defining data requirements, data models (conceptual and logical), and data flow diagrams.

· Mandatory: Strong SQL proficiency for data profiling, analysis, reconciliation, and validation.

· Deep product knowledge across Treasury Securities, Bonds, Equities, and complex derivatives (as they relate to IM or Hedge Accounting).

· Strong understanding of data requirements for at least two of the following:

o Market Risk Limits and Utilization

o RWA calculation

o Initial Margin (IM) Posting

o P&L / Balance Sheet (Assets & Liabilities) reporting

· Experience working with large-scale data platforms (e.g., Data Lake, Hive, SAP HANA) and ETL/ELT processes.

· Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Dataiku, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)).

· Knowledge of data governance tools and concepts, including data lineage and metadata management.
