Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with business users, IT teams, and subject matter experts to collect and document requirements, with a focus on Loan Origination System (LOS) processes.
  • Process Analysis & Alignment: Evaluate existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
  • Functional Specifications: Develop clear, detailed functional specifications for enhancements and customizations.
  • Solution Design: Partner with Salesforce developers and architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive artifacts including user stories, use cases, process flows, and traceability matrices, emphasizing LOS processes.
  • Change Management: Support impact analysis, stakeholder communication, and user training initiatives.
  • Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases align with business requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce features and trends to drive process optimization and innovation.
