Main Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Bridge communication between business and technical teams.
- Engage in process modeling and develop functional specifications.
- Utilize prioritization techniques and assist in backlog refinement.
- Conduct data analysis and develop reporting solutions.
- Utilize requirements management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Leverage ALM (IBM) suite for requirement documentation and traceability.
- Exhibit strong redactional skills for crafting specifications.
- Build Agents for the business using Copilot Studio.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
