Identify opportunities for technical process improvements and automation across the organization.
Analyze existing workflows and systems to pinpoint inefficiencies and pain points.
Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using various technologies (e.g., RPA, scripting languages, workflow automation platforms).
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership, to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage project timelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert on automation technologies and best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation for all automated processes and solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and processes.
Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with company policies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in process automation and optimization.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience working with a diverse range of technologies and a proven track record of successful project implementation.
Strong understanding of Finance principles and processes. Experience in a Finance or FinTech environment is a significant plus.
Demonstrated experience in technical process improvement and business process automation (BPA).
Proficiency in one or more automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) or programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
Experience in data analysis and visualization to identify trends and measure the impact of improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
