Role Description

This is an hybrid - 3 days on-site and 2 days work from home role, full-time Business Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and developing effective strategies to meet organizational objectives. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders, creating detailed documentation, ensuring effective communication across teams, and assisting with the implementation and integration of business processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
• Expertise in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey complex concepts clearly
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Proficiency in project management methodologies is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
