Responsibilities
- This is a technical, hands-on role that will require you to acquire an understanding of the business quickly and the data to be regularly maintained
- Then apply the skills and experience you possess to deliver rich reporting solutions
- Creation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, reflecting project performance, utilization, margin erosions, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) ,Accounts Receivable including Allowance for Doubtful Accounts, WIP, Work in Hand Forecast and any other report defined by M&E leadership and operations team
- Assist team members in solving problems related to their tasks, which may include creating and presenting reports
- Leverage, develop and maintain Power BI fi
- Responsible for data quality on various projects by highlighting trends and isolating issues
- Create and maintain a database of multiple reports and keep periodic checks
- Review, maintain, and suggest modifications, as appropriate, to the current procedures and processes
- Take Individual responsibility for tasks with various stakeholders
- Execute other projects and duties that may be assigned
Qualifications
Key Competencies / Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, an ability to present and communicate data, trends, insights and make recommendations to different stakeholders
- Having financial or business analysis experience
- Proving strong quantitative abilities
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work with various stakeholders
- Must be able to maintain quality of work and at the same time meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with various groups and departments throughout the organization
- Effective written communication is important
- Strong technical skills demonstrating the ability to implement and maintain an enterprise-level reporting solution
- The optimal candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and exhibit a strong interest in finance and accounting
- Taking accountability and working individually is very important
