Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or Information Technology/Accounting and/or Banking Management
5 years of experience as a business analyst preferably for the banking sector and financial services sector
Experienced is resolving L3 production incident and problems, QA test cases, scenario, and script, UAT and test cycles management.
Experience with project management lifecycle and systems development cycle
Experience working with ITIL, and Agile frameworks.
Able to liaise with multiple stakeholders as well as relevant IT teams to develop widely accepted and effective solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Numerical, analytical and ability to take decision based on data analysis.
Working experience on banking and financial transaction applications is a plus
Working knowledge of one of the following solutions is a plus: Summit, Loan IQ, Credit Lens, CRM Dynamics 365, Office 365, ServiceNow, Azure Dev ops and Datadog
Working experience with any of the following technology is a plus: SQL, PowerBI, Excel, python, C#, camunda
