Your Impact
Inventory Management Team is seeking an experienced and innovative Supply Chain Management Professional to oversee and optimize critical supply chain processes for our AI portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration of AI-driven technologies, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and scalable supply chain solutions. This role is critical to enabling the success of AI-driven products and services by ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and strategic solutioning.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to the AI portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Manage inventory related processes to ensure timely delivery of AI-related products and services.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to optimize supply chain processes and manage risks. Implement predictive models to anticipate potential disruptions and develop contingency plans.
- Find opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency through automation and the integration of AI/ML solutions. Lead initiatives to digitize and streamline supply chain workflows.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and delivery performance. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the health and performance of key processes in supply chain.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, including geopolitical, financial, and environmental factors. Ensure business continuity by developing robust risk mitigation and recovery plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. APICS / Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in technology or AI-related industries. Proven track record of managing complex supply chains for high-tech products or services.
- Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and thrive in a high pace environment with minimal supervision. Flexibility to change in role as initiatives evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain principles - Manufacturing & Inventory Management process, lean concept, ERP system
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners. Detail-oriented program management and influencing skills to work in a broad Global environment.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms for supply chain optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, work on different models, scenario, simulations at the most granular level, while also be able to communicate the implications/drivers to Senior Management. Python, Power BI, Tableau with high degree of proficiency in data mining would be an added advantage.
- Ability to apply expert knowledge and understanding of interdependencies between business processes and metrics development.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and work well with a variety of people from different functions, cultures and in a virtual team setting.
