Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementation and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where Salesforce can improve business processes and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Perform Salesforce system administration tasks, such as user management, security configuration, and data management.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, data models, and user guides.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing questions, issues, and enhancement requests.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Participate in Salesforce community forums and user groups to share knowledge and learn from others in the ecosystem.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of X years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
