Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst role in Hyderabad. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and provide actionable insights. Responsibilities include creating detailed business documentation, analyzing data trends, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business efficiencies and supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to interpret data and identify trends for informed decision-making
• Experience with Business Processes and Business Requirements to develop, implement, and improve operational workflows
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and present findings clearly
• Familiarity with project management practices and tools is a plus
• Relevant degree or certification in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the NPA management domain or the financial services industry is advantageous
