ServiceNow Business Analyst

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and providing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves defining business processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring successful implementation of projects. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support business objectives.

• Proficient in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in understanding, analyzing, and designing Business Processes in alignment with organizational goals.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience working in an ITSM environment are highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant certifications being a plus.
