Business Analyst

The Legal Solutions team is seeking a junior product owner who will assist with Quality Assurance/Control and documentation to support an in-house Legal application. Broadly, this effort will include (a) working with senior POs and stakeholder teams to carry out a strategic plan for process and technology implementation, (b) executing quality assurance and quality control checks at multiple points in the technology process, (c) performing citation reconciliation, (d) supporting end users with issues and requests, and (e) creating and updating team documentation. An adaptable, detail-oriented PO would excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of legal and regulatory technology product
• Deliver timely, meticulously tested QC results at each process stage
• Measure, track and benchmark progress/performance against established standards on an ongoing basis
• Liaise extensively with members across the Legal, Product, and technology teams. Facilitate discussions and activities across teams to ensure a coordinated effort
• Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for uplift
• Creating system documentation and, as new enhancements are released, ensuring it is up to date
• Complete reconciliation tasks
• Support Senior Product Owner in day-to-day operational and project-based tasks
