Job Title:Test Lead / Business Analyst / Test Analyst – Banking Domain

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5+ years

Mode of employment: Work from office

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Testing:Perform manual and functional testing of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) from application submission to disbursement and closure.
• Loan Lifecycle Testing: Validate entire loan processes, including sourcing, credit appraisal, document verification, underwriting, and loan onboarding.
• Test Management: Create, review, and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts specifically for Business Loan, Gold Loan, and Home Loan workflows.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools, conducting root cause analysis.

Mandatory Requirements

• Domain Knowledge: Strong experience in Lending/Fintech specifically in LOS/LMS platforms.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRaill, or HP ALM.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of [SQL/Database queries] and [API testing] (using Postman).

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to lending applications like Lentra, Salesforce, TCS BaNCS, or FinOne.
• Immediate joiners or short notice periods (15 days)
