We are seeking a growth-oriented, techno-functional professional for our Bangalore office with experience in Product Management and Development, as well as strong quantitative analysis and data modeling skills. The ideal candidate brings a blend of product expertise, analytical thinking, financial services experience and project management skills to support delivery of new product capabilities and enhancements.
This role sits within the Performance Analytics Product Development organization.
Your Responsibilities
As a Performance Product Business Analyst AVP, you will:
Develop deep subject‑matter expertise in the Performance & Analytics business domain and its supporting applications.
Gather requirements and create detailed product requirements, technical requirements, feature specifications, and agile stories
Define requirements for investment analytics, data models, and data mapping
Become a subject matter expert for Performance & Analytics applications
Develop product roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, operating models, product design, product requirements, process flows, and wireframes
Define and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, architecture, and cross product dependencies
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of new products and product capabilities
Provide regular status updates and supporting program management reports as needed
Communicate effectively with Agile teams, business owners, and product leaders to align expectations, surface risks, and ensure roadmap delivery.
Support product testing including user acceptance testing as well as test case and test data
Drive product readiness including release notes, documentation, training, and governance activities for new capabilities and enhancements
Identify and drive opportunities for efficiency, automation, and process improvement.

Experience in financial services and investment analysis, including product development, analysis, operations processing, reporting and enhancement initiatives.
Ability to articulate product capabilities and benefits to teammates, senior management, clients, and colleagues in technology and service delivery
Strong analytical capability in both quantitative and technical domains
Comfort and experience with financial data modeling and mapping
Ability to work with stakeholders, develop and maintain relationships, and act as a persuasive change agent with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to distil complex information into clear, concise, actionable insights
Strong communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and ability to use experience and analysis to gain support, facilitate consensus, and forge collaboration with internal and external parties
Strong collaboration, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with software development processes and software/product life cycle development activities
Adaptability and comfort operating in evolving, dynamic environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build consensus across teams.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in financial services, investment performance reporting, or business analysis for product development
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent.
Advanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent) a plus
Strong skillset with quantitative methods and solutions
Strong technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines/functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Product Management, Change Management, or Consulting.
Knowledge of Performance Analytics concepts and applications.
Software development or technical solution experience.
Experience with project management/documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira.
SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools.
