Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role focuses on requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business objectives into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation

Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices

Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Good to Have

Experience working in SaaS or software development environments

Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools for basic reporting and validation

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
