About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and our product development team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the onboarding of new clients onto the Visdum platform by translating their unique commission plans into automated workflows within our system. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and successful implementation process. You will work closely with clients to understand their sales performance structures, configure their plans accurately, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience that meets their operational needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in an implementation, business analyst, or operations role within a SaaS or analytics-driven environment. A strong foundation in SQL, particularly MySQL, is essential, with the ability to craft complex queries and stored procedures. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required to manage data analysis and reporting tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients confidently. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities, along with experience working closely with technical and business teams. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customer onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Visdum platform.
  • Gather detailed requirements from clients related to sales performance metrics and commission structures to understand their unique business processes.
  • Translate client-specific commission plans into rule-based logic using Visdum's internal configuration tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build, test, and validate complex SQL queries to support accurate commission data calculations and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementation of client requirements.
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders using internal analytics tools, providing insights into sales performance and compensation metrics.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline client workflows, improve system usability, and enhance overall user experience.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.
