The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning are key activities throughout the day, ensuring that the organization s goals are effectively supported by its processes and technology.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
