Job Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your role includes assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will be responsible for researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive business decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing the team to ensure performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring smooth integration and execution.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, addressing any challenges that arise.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve overall business operations.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can drive decision-making and business strategy.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure that all processes and decisions are well-documented for future reference.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience with process mapping and optimization.
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
- Position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
