Business Consultant (EoDB / Process & Functional Expert)
Role Overview
The Business Consultant will drive functional design, process re-engineering, and stakeholder engagement for GO-SWIFT 2.0, ensuring the system aligns with investor needs and Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) reforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder consultations and requirement gathering across departments
- Perform As-Is assessment, gap analysis, and benchmarking with global best practices
- Map workflows, approval processes, and identify bottlenecks for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
- Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS), use cases, and process documentation
- Support preparation of FRD
- Assist in procurement phase (RFP structuring, documentation, evaluation support)
- Support UAT, training, and change management initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / B.Tech / BE
- 4+ years of experience in EoDB, consulting, process mapping, or system documentation
Preferred Skills
- Experience in single window systems / government advisory projects
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to BPR, policy analysis, and benchmarking
