Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst (Core Banking SME), you will provide subject matter expertise on ITS Ethix/Phoenix core banking products. You will lead project management, requirements gathering, and solution delivery for core banking and treasury initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for core banking projects.
• Provide SME guidance on ITS Ethix/Phoenix core banking products.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with technology and business teams for solution design and implementation.
• Support testing, defect management, and go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep expertise in ITS Ethix/Phoenix core banking products
• Project management and stakeholder coordination
• Experience with messaging and integration
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to treasury and wealth management domains
• Familiarity with automated regression testing and UAT processes

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in finance, Computer Science, or related field
  
  

Experience:
