Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, assessing the current state of operations, and identifying customer requirements to define future business solutions. You will engage in research activities to ensure that the proposed solutions align with organizational goals and effectively address the needs of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to support project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
