Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven analyst to turn raw data into clear insights and impactful dashboards. You'll play a key role in enabling smarter decisions across teams. If you enjoy working with numbers, building intuitive dashboards, and creating value through data, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Data Analysis & Insights

Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable business insights.

Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps to support data-driven decision-making.

Dashboard & Reporting

Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools.

Create clear visualizations that communicate key metrics and performance updates effectively.

KPI Monitoring & Performance Reporting

Track and report KPIs across teams, highlighting opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Support business reviews with concise, accurate, and insight-driven reports.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements

Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to understand business needs.

Gather, document, and translate requirements into analytical deliverables and reporting frameworks.

Process Improvement & Data Governance

Enhance data collection, reporting processes, and dashboard efficiency.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and reliability across all outputs.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience.

Advanced Excel skills and experience building dashboards and reports.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

Excellent communication and documentation skills; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
