Brief Position Description – Business Unit Controlling
Part of the Business Unit Accounting & Controlling function, acting as a key partner to Business Unit Management
Supports BU Management in annual financial planning, including preparation and calculation of yearly budgets
Consolidates budgets and forecasts, covering both top down and bottom-up planning, with periodic updates during the year
Provides regular business performance reports and MIS to enable informed management decision making
Coordinates and supports internal and external audit requirements, including data and documentation submissions
Ensures compliance with Siemens financial reporting guidelines (IFRS) and internal control policies
Manages data requirements related to Related Party Transactions (RPT) and Transfer Pricing, in coordination with CF T, CF R, and other stakeholders
Handles ad hoc finance data requests and analyses as required
Required Qualifications
CA Inter/Final, CMA Inter/Final, or MBA (Finance) with 7+ years of overall experience.
Hands on experience in Accounting & Controlling
Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing processes
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Proficiency in SAP
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
