We are seeking an Academic Counsellor to provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey. The ideal candidate will assist students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to students in academic planning and career choices.
Assist students in identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance and engagement.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student support services.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Stay updated on academic programs, policies, and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to empathize and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in using counseling techniques and tools.
Knowledge of academic programs and career paths in India.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
