Sr.Account Executive-Shipping

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with 4-9 years of experience in the Shipping industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in account management, GST filing, TDS, and audit processes, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships. CA Inter candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle GST filing, TDS, and audit processes.
• Prepare and manage monthly statutory payables (TDS & GST).
• Work on GSTR-1 filings and ensure timely submission for all branches.
• Prepare and file GSTR-3B for multiple locations.
• Reconcile GSTR-2A and address discrepancies effectively.
• Conduct quarterly TDS filings and provide comprehensive audit support.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain compliance and manage client accounts efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS, and audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and compliance in the Shipping industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Candidates residing near Govandi or willing to commute are preferred.
