Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a BTL & Event Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities and events, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires fostering excellent customer relations, creating marketing campaigns for events, and supporting sales initiatives through event-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and on-ground teams effectively
• Expertise in Event Planning and Event Marketing to design, organize, and execute impactful events and campaigns
• Sales skills and experience in leveraging events for business growth and promotional success
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in event management, brand activation, or BTL marketing is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
