Independent Designer / Creative Director — Western Couture (Luxury)
Type: Contract / Project-based (with potential to extend)
Location: Remote-friendly + travel to Bangalore as needed (travel covered)
Rocktfuel / Raizon Dêtre is partnering with an established Indian luxury bridal wear brand as they expand into western couture. We're looking for an independent designer / creative director with a bold point of view to shape the new line's end-to-end brand world—from creative direction to launch-ready identity.
What you'll do
- Lead creative direction for the western couture line
- Build the brand world: identity, visual language, storytelling, tone, and aesthetic codes
- Collaborate with Rocktfuel / Raizon Dêtre on positioning, branding, and launch strategy
- Define couture design and styling codes (silhouettes, mood references, campaign direction)
- Guide the creative across:
- Brand identity + design system (look & feel)
- Campaign concepts + shoot direction
- Content direction across platforms
- Ensure premium, consistent execution with internal and external teams
Who this is for
- Independent designers / creative directors with a strong editorial + luxury sensibility
- A clear, original POV and the ability to build a distinctive couture identity
- Experience shaping fashion brands, collections, or creative universes (fashion/luxury/beauty preferred)
- Strong collaboration + communication skills

Location & travel
Location: open globally. The client will fly the designer/artist to Bangalore for key milestones (travel and stay covered).
