With a dedicated team of 60+ members, we're working hard to make this vision a reality—and now, we're looking for a star performer to join us as a Branding and Marketing Intern.
Roles and Responsibilities-
As a Marketing Intern at Smart Interviews, you'll get first-hand experience in creating digital assets for our multimedia and digital communication needs.
Roles and Responsibilities-
● Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook and
Instagram.
● Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
● Oversee, plan and deliver engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
● Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your
organisation and brand.
● Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
● Manage and facilitate social media communities.
● Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways
of measuring social media activity.
● Encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
● Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
● Onboarding and running campaigns with Influencers.
● Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
● Community Management.
Desired Abilities and Experience-
● In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their insights, and best practices.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Experience in working with an agency is mandatory.
● Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in social media.
● Excellent English & Hindi speaking skills.
Compensation-
● Stipend- INR 12,000 - 15,000 per month, based on the applicant's performance during the interview
rounds and experience + FTE CTC upto 3LPA.
