Sales Executive – Education Programs

Company: Trydo School – India's Digital Business Execution School™

Location: Hybird / Work From Home (India)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

About Trydo School

Trydo School is India's Digital Business Execution School™, helping individuals build real digital skills and grow their careers through practical training programs, workshops, and mentorship.

We conduct live workshops, training programs, and mentorship programs that help people start careers in digital marketing, freelancing, and online business.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can convert workshop attendees and interested prospects into paid program enrollments.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with workshop attendees and leads, understand their goals, and guide them into the right program offered by Trydo School.

You will work closely with the internal team to follow up with prospects, handle inquiries, and convert interested participants into students.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Follow-ups

  • Contact workshop attendees and registered leads.
  • Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
  • Understand the prospect's career goals and challenges.

Sales Conversion

  • Explain Trydo School's programs clearly.
  • Handle objections and answer questions.
  • Convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments.

Revenue Targets

  • Generate ₹3 lakh revenue per month through course enrollments.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of interested prospects.

Customer Guidance

  • Help prospects choose the right program based on their goals.
  • Provide clear guidance about course structure, benefits, and outcomes.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update lead status regularly.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in education sales / course sales / ed-tech sales is preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing course sales or online education sales is a plus.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.

  • Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects
  • Strong follow-up ability
  • Basic understanding of sales psychology
  • Ability to handle objections
  • Goal-oriented mindset

Monthly Performance Target

  • Revenue Target: ₹300,000

  • Sales will primarily come from workshop attendees and incoming leads

Selection ProcessStep 1 – Intro Call

Short interview to understand:

  • Communication skills
  • Attitude towards sales

Step 2 – Sales Simulation Test

Candidate will be asked to:

  • Explain a course to a mock customer
  • Handle common objections
  • Demonstrate persuasion ability

Step 3 – Final Discussion

Discussion about targets, expectations, and onboarding.
