Job Summary:

The Branding and Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and executing end-to-end branding, content, and marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role owns the full content production lifecycle from concept to publishing including podcast production, video shoots, social media management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate combines creativity, strategic thinking, hands-on production skills, and data-driven decision-making to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding Strategy

• Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with organizational vision and goals.

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

• Conduct regular brand audits to monitor and enhance brand performance and perception.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align branding initiatives with business objectives.

Content Creation & Production (A–Z Ownership)

Podcast Production: Plan, script, coordinate, and execute podcast episodes from concept to publication including guest research, scheduling, episode outlines, recording coordination, and post-production oversight.

Video & Photo Shoots: Manage end-to-end production of branded video and photo content, including creative direction, shoot planning, talent coordination, location scouting, and vendor management.

Post-Production: Oversee editing, sound design, colour grading, and final delivery of all audio-visual content (in-house or with external partners).

• Written & Visual Content: Create compelling copy and visuals for advertisements, social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with designers, writers, videographers, and external agencies to ensure brand alignment across all materials.

Social Media Management:

• Own and manage the company's/CEO's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

• Develop and execute content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.

• Monitor trends, respond to audience interactions, and grow community engagement.

• Track social media analytics and optimize content strategies based on performance data.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to promote products, services, events, and content properties (including podcasts).

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve future strategies.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

• Monitor industry developments and recommend new approaches to branding, content, and marketing.

• Evaluate campaign and content effectiveness; recommend data-driven adjustments.

Public Relations & Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, podcast guests, and key industry partners.

• Manage press releases, media coverage, and PR initiatives to boost brand visibility.

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and recognition.

Event Marketing

• Plan and execute branding initiatives at trade shows, exhibitions, launches, and corporate events.

• Design event-specific marketing materials and promotions to engage target audiences effectively.

Qualifications & Experience Requirement Details

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Production, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, content creation, or media production. Demonstrated experience in podcast production, video content, and social media management is essential.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Working knowledge of design/editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (Spotify for Podcasters, Anchor, Buzzsprout, etc.).

Digital Marketing

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and current digital marketing trends is highly desirable.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills; manages multiple campaigns, shoots, and deadlines effectively.

• Collaboration: Works seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment; stays current with emerging platforms and content trends.
