Role: Senior Executive – Branding & Marketing

Location: Chennai

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing professional to support and execute Unifi's branding and marketing initiatives. The role involves end-to-end coordination across campaigns, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day marketing operations and ensure timely execution of all deliverables as per briefs

· Track and monitor multiple ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

· Coordinate closely with internal teams and external agencies for the smooth execution of marketing initiatives

· Work with creative, digital agencies on all marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, mailers, digital assets, AVs, etc.)

· Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL), including planning, coordination, and reporting

· Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and brand initiatives

· Ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery across all vendor engagements

· Oversee website updates, working with developers/agencies for content changes, enhancements, and issue resolution

· Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications

· Support reporting and documentation of marketing activities and campaign performance

Requirements

· MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Visual Communication or related field

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in branding/marketing roles

· Strong experience in working with external agencies and vendors

· Strong project management and coordination skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

· Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with design tools (Canva or similar) and Google Ads for campaign tracking and reporting is an added advantage

Preferred:

· Prior experience in an agency or brand-side role; candidates with financial services exposure will have an added advantage

· Exposure to digital marketing, website CMS tools, Social media platforms

· Basic understanding of branding, design, and content workflows
