- Building brand visibility amongst an exclusive B2B target audience of CXO level Key Decision Makers at the F500 and G2000
- Influencing perception and create a differentiated positioning as a leading provider of next-gen technology services, solutions and software – across Cloud, Engineering, Digital, AI and software.
- Impacting the customer lifecycle across sales enablement touchpoints through collaterals, campaigns and creating avenues for differentiated engagement leading to stronger relationships
- Serving as brand custodians by preserving and rejuvenating guidelines to ensure a consistent brand experience and manifesting the brand through premium artefacts.
- Managing strategic relationships with global marketing, media and creative partners.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- The Global Lead of Brand Strategy and Campaigns is responsible for impacting and influencing the market share and mind share of HCL Technologies in key geographies like North America / Europe / MEA and ASEAN to ensure that we have a differentiated positioning and messaging in the market which leads to invitations to more deals and within the deals influences or win rates against the competition.
- Ability to leverage digital / content / events / advertising as mediums to ensure that the exposure of HCLTECH brand is high the key decision makers are engaged with the brand.
- Excellent Conceptual, Pitching, planning, analytical and quantitative aptitude. Good understanding of Brand and Marketing techniques and frameworks. Understanding of the enterprise Information Technology services market and exposure to online marketing concepts
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 7 years of experience and a master's in marketing and advertising disciplines.
- Fluent verbal and written communication and the ability to express complex ideas through visuals.
- Appreciation and inclination towards concepts in the field of brand, marketing, digital media, content
- Capacity to multi-task across key time sensitive, high-pressure projects across diverse domains
- Design thinking and solution-oriented approach to tackling business problems.
