About The Role
A mid-level Brand Strategist at OktoBuzz works across multiple client accounts to bring clarity, insight, and structured thinking. They support creative, account, and consulting teams with research, strategy decks, and campaign thinking
What Will You Do
- Conduct category, consumer, and competitor research.
- Identify trends and behavioural insights.
- Translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Support brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Contribute to brand architecture, tone of voice, and audience definition.
- Assist in building clarity/brand-compass frameworks.
- Write crisp, insight-led creative briefs.
- Develop campaign ideas and social-first concepts.
- Build strategic content calendars and social pillars.
- Align content with basic performance funnel goals.
- Present research and insights to clients.
- Collaborate closely with account, creative, design, and performance teams.
- Support pitch decks and new business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Marketing/Strategic Planning/ or any related field.
- 2-5 years experience in strategy, planning, or brand thinking.
- Strong research, insight mining, and analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify, structure, and clearly communicate ideas.
- Good writing and deck-making skills.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms and brand growth online.
- Curiosity for culture, trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Strong presentation and articulation skills.
- Team player with an ownership mindset.
- Experience with digital-first brands/agencies.
- Comfort using AI tools for research/ideation (good-to-have).
